Terms and Conditions for the use and development of the "MASTER YOURSELF" program, offered by MINDLEGS® in the head of its creator, Santiago Asmar Alzate, or any other individual authorized by him.
These regulate the terms and conditions of access and use of the "MASTER YOURSELF" program that the user or client must read and accept in order to have all the services and information provided from here.
"MASTER YOURSELF" is a three (3) month program aimed at professional, amateur and recreational cyclists of self-knowledge, offered by Santiago Asmar Alzate through MINDLEGS®, which seeks through physical, metabolic and mental tests, to give the client the tools so that you discover a more efficient version of yourself.
These general conditions of sale apply to all sales of products and services offered by MINDLEGS® through Santiago Asmar Alzate, made in and for any part of the world. The access and / or use of this portal, of all or part of its contents and / or services mean full acceptance of these conditions, the use of certain contents or services may be subject to certain specific conditions.
Any transaction carried out between Santiago Asmar Alzate and you, necessarily implies as an essential, determining and indispensable condition, the full and unreserved acceptance of the general conditions of sale in force at the time the corresponding purchase is carried out, and that they are bringing you up to speed with this document.
In addition, the client acknowledges that the acceptance of these conditions will imply their application to the purchase to which they refer.
Santiago Asmar Alzate reserves the right to clarify, add, amend, correct and / or modify the general conditions of use of the program at any time. In any case, it is recommended that you periodically consult these terms of use of http://www.mindlegs.com,

Title I.
Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction.
ART. 1: These conditions, their interpretation, execution, as well as all acts that are a consequence of them, are governed in accordance with the laws of Colombia unless there are provisions of public or international order contrary to it.
ART. 2: Any conflict or difference that arises between Santiago Asmar Alzate as creator of MINDLEGS® and the client, as a consequence of the use of the program - "MASTER YOURSELF" -, or any other derived from the conditions of this contract, must be resolved in accordance with Colombian laws and procedural norms, and solely and exclusively under the jurisdiction of judges or administrative authorities of that country.
ART. 3: For the purposes of requests, requirements, petitions and / or any other communication that the client wishes to make to Santiago Asmar Alzate, it must be made in writing.

Title II.
Duties of the User.
ART. 4: The user must respect at all times the terms and conditions established in these general conditions of use.
ART. 5: Expressly, the user must state that he will use the program diligently and assuming any responsibility that may arise from breach of the rules or irresponsible use of it.
ART. 6: The user agrees to manifest the truth in each and every one of the tests issued by Santiago Asmar Alzate and / or by any other individual authorized by him, either through the portal or by any other means of effective communication between MINDLEGS ®, its trainers or owners and its users.
ART. 7: The client agrees to respect the hours established for the care of him, on the occasion of the "MASTER YOURSELF" program, which are determined as follows:
Monday through Friday from eight in the morning (08:00 a.m.) to five in the afternoon (05:00 p.m.) and Saturdays from nine in the morning (09:00 a.m.) to two in the afternoon (02:00 p.m. .). [GMT-5]
PAR: Sundays or holidays are not worked, according to the Colombian calendar.
Title III.
Responsibility of Santiago Asmar Alzate.
ART. 8: The client knows and accepts that Santiago Asmar Alzate, MINDLEGS®, or any other individual authorized by him, will make every effort to deliver the necessary tools to obtain the desired results, with the greatest diligence and care; in any case, the final achievement depends on the commitment and dedication of the client with the program and its process.
PAIR. By reading this contract, the client accepts and acknowledges that the obligation of Santiago Asmar Alzate, MINDLEGS®, or any other individual authorized by it, is an obligation of means and not of results.
ART. 9: Santiago Asmar Alzate, MINDLEGS®, or any other individual authorized by it, does not assume any responsibility regarding possible damages, injuries or physical problems derived from a misuse of this tool.
ART. 10: The client accepts and acknowledges that the function of Santiago Asmar Alzate, MINDLEGS®, or any other individual authorized by him, within the use of the "MASTER YOURSELF" program, is to guide the user, thanks to the experience of more than 30 years in cycling, through advice that seeks to awaken self-awareness in sport; Whatever it is, these recommendations do not replace medical concepts or those of any other health professional and, in any case, it is recommended to consult any suggestions made with your family doctor.
ART. 11: Santiago Asmar Alzate, MINDLEGS®, or any other individual authorized by him, undertakes to send a weekly report containing the progress and results of each of the tests carried out to the client, added to a clear guide on how to achieve their sporting goals personal.
ART. 12: Santiago Asmar Alzate, MINDLEGS®, or any other individual authorized by it, undertakes to resolve all the doubts that the client and / or user may have throughout their process, at the times established in advance.
Title IV.
Intellectual and Industrial Property
ART. 13: All content, trademarks, logos, drawings, documentation, texts, videos, photographs, computer programs or any other element susceptible to protection by intellectual or industrial property legislation, which are accessible on this portal or on any identified social network as MINDLEGS® correspond solely and exclusively to Santiago Asmar Alzate, and all rights over them are expressly reserved to him.
ART. 14: In any case, Santiago Asmar Alzate reserves all rights over the content, data information and services that it holds over them. Santiago Asmar Alzate, MINDLEGS®, or any other individual authorized by it, does not grant any license or authorization of use to the user on its contents, data or services, other than the one expressly detailed in these general conditions of use of the portal and of the program.
Title VI.
Prices
ART. 15: The price of the “MASTER YOURSELF” program, on the date, is equivalent to 2,300 USD. If you are going to make the payment in Colombian pesos or in any other currency, you must adjust the value to the exchange rate of the day.
ART. 16: Discounts, if any, will appear when choosing the payment method of the training plan and the conditions described there will be followed.
PAR: The program will be amortized only once and in advance, at which point the process will begin. Once the three (3) months of the project have concluded, if the client wishes to continue with the accompaniment of Santiago Asmar Alzate, MINDLEGS®, or any other individual authorized by him, he must pay the sum of 300 USD for each additional month, always in advance.
Title VII.
Payment method
ART. 17: To start the program, the client will bear the costs mentioned in the previous articles at http://www.mindlegs.com
through the virtual payment operator PayPal, or through bank transfer in the accounts suggested in the same web portal.
Title VIII.
Product return and cancellation policies.
ART. 18: In accordance with the Colombian Consumer Statute, condensed in Law 1480 of 2011, the client has five (5) business days counted from the payment of the service, to exercise their right of withdrawal.
PAIR. In the event that the client has made the payment for the program through PayPal, they must assume the commission charged by the platform for the transaction, in accordance with the percentage collected by the virtual payment button at the time of the withdrawal.
ART. 19: Once the five (05) business days that the client has to exercise his right of withdrawal have elapsed, if he does not do so, no money will be refunded under any other concept.
Title IX.
PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
ART. 20: This portal is protected by Statutory Law 1266 of 2008 of the Congress of the Republic of Colombia, which dictates the general provisions of habeas data and regulates the handling of information contained in personal, commercial and service databases. and that from third countries.
ART. 21: Through www.mindlegs.com no personal data is collected without your consent, nor is it transferred to third parties.
